Returns

Our goal is to make sure you love what you purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. to start a return process, please contact us for return address and shipping instructions. 

Eligibility

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of receipt. Please contact us beforehand. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and receipt.

The Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancelation of a transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law 1981.

Inspection

All returns are subject to a thorough inspection at our studio to ensure they meet our return criteria.

Shipping Costs and taxes

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. We'd be happy to assist you if you choose to use our courier service for returns. Please contact us for details and pricing. 

Refunds

Processing

Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 4 business days, deducting any non-refundable costs. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Taxes, Customs and shipping costs are not refundable.

Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we offer store credit for the full purchase amount once a return is approved.
