We know you can’t wait for your new piece. Therefore we aim to ship as fast as possible. Please remember that shipping time does not take into account the time required to craft and prepare your order.

Local Delivery

We deliver typically within 3 business days in the Tel Aviv area and surrounding regions. Deliveries to other parts of Israel may take 5-7 business days. For all orders over 1500 NIS, we require a signature to confirm receipt, ensuring your purchase arrives securely.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL express, bringing your desired jewelry right at your doorstep, while shipping times typically range from 3-5 business days. Although we aim for quick delivery, please be aware that sometimes deliveries might take a little longer due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

No need to wonder where your beautiful jewelry is — a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way. This allows you to track the parcel independently and see just how soon it will arrive.

Custom duties and taxes

Custom duties and taxes are your responsibility, and we suggest checking with your local customs office to understand any potential additional costs. Your local VAT will be collected upon delivery in accordance with the tax regulations of your country of residence.

Self-Pickup

Prefer to pick up your jewelry yourself? Why not? You're welcome to visit our studio during working hours, only after receiving a confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
